Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We take product safety and quality seriously. Once food items leave our facility, we cannot resell or restock them for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at love@happyherecacao.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review the situation and make it right.

Refunds or replacements for damaged or incorrect orders are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. If you need help with an order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
